At HelloCARE, we believe in building bridges between dedicated learners and meaningful employment in Canada’s healthcare system. In partnership with Red River College Polytechnic (RRC), we are proud to launch the CanadianCare FastTrack Training Program — a practical, employment-focused healthcare training initiative tailored for international learners who want to work and live in Canada.
What is the CanadianCare FastTrack Program?
This 20-week training program is designed to prepare participants for entry-level healthcare support roles, such as Health Care Aides (HCAs), within long-term care homes, community care agencies, and private care settings. Training is delivered at one of RRC’s campuses, one of Manitoba’s growing regional education hubs.
The program includes:
Core theoretical modules aligned with Manitoba’s healthcare industry standards
Optional employer-customized training components
Language and communication support, if required
A short practicum or workplace-integrated experience (if applicable)
Who is this for?
The program is designed for individuals who:
Already has a Canadian Temporary Resident Visa, open work permits, or other valid immigration documents to travel to Canada, or is already living in Canada with a valid immigration status
Are seeking career advancement, transition, or work-integrated learning
Want to gain Canadian credentials and access local job opportunities
No prior healthcare experience is required, although relevant backgrounds are an asset. The minimum English level required is IELTS 6 overall with no band lower than 5.5 or equivalent.
Post-Training Support for Learners
HelloCARE’s role goes beyond the classroom. After finishing the CanadianCare FastTrack Program, participants receive personalized job search support through our network of partner employers. While we cannot guarantee placement, our goal is to help every graduate connect with real opportunities in Canada’s healthcare sector.
Completing the CanadianCare FastTrack Program is just the first step. At HelloCARE, we are committed to helping our learners confidently transition from training to employment, and we do this at no cost to our participants.
All post-training support services are provided completely free of charge for graduates of the program.
This includes:
Sharing job opportunities within our healthcare partner network
Assistance with resume building and interview preparation
Guidance on workplace expectations and cultural adaptation
Ongoing support in exploring employment paths that match the learner’s strengths and background
While employment outcomes may vary, our team is dedicated to supporting each participant in building a meaningful and stable future in Canada’s care industry.
